Keith D. Terry, business and leadership expert and a certified high performance coach with more than 25 years of rich and varied global business experience. He has helped companies, organizations and individuals achieve outstanding results that get them noticed.

Keith is the founder of Terry Performance Group, Inc., and creator of Next Level Leadership, a high performance leadership program and TPG’s Leadership Summit for the C-Suite, a leadership retreat.

A senior executive-turned-entrepreneur, Keith is a trusted advisor who solves problems, trains and coaches executives and professionals from a variety of industries, both for profit and not-for-profit. Keith has enjoyed phenomenal success in growing bottom line results by building and innovating global brands as well as getting ordinary teams to a heightened level of performance, getting team members more engaged and effective in their increased leadership skills.

Keith has served in a leadership capacity on the Board of several local and national organizations including the following: PPIL, GoodCity, University of Chicago’s CEO Roundtable, North Shore University Health System’s Internal Review Board, MashUp and Evanston Community Foundation.

Keith earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business. Keith is a Certified High Performance Coach.

Keith is an avid traveler and lives in Evanston, Illinois. He is also the proud father of three children. ​​
